Come join me for some free Iyengar yoga classes at Shambala Festival this year.
For many years now I have been lucky enough to be part of the Shambala Healing crew teaching yoga in the Meadow to the masses. If you ever find yourself there please come and say hi!
Classes are free throughout the festival and accessible to all.

Friday 26th August: 12:00 – 13:30 – The Garden
Sundday 28th August: 13:30 – 15:00 – The Yoga tent
